i liked the room setup, it was super clean! the staff remembered me from my prior visit which was a nice touch. its proximity to the water bus stops is very convenient. a nearby grocery store also made it easy to get essentials.

nobody helped with the luggage either when i arrived or when i left. it cost extra for new towels, i had to go to reception to pay the fee.

the suite had a comfortable layout with an really good illumination system. i particularly enjoyed the chromotherapy feature inside the shower. the double bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.

the hotel included a well-equipped kitchen with necessary appliances. the location was set back from major tourist areas. the hotel offers good security because a key card is needed to enter the courtyard.

the room included complimentary biscuits and bottled water which was appreciated. there was also a coffee machine available and cava. however, the wooden stirrers were not restocked, so it was hard to eat yogurt.

the room was spacious. it had everything i needed for my stay. the wall near the bed featured fabulous decoration by a local artist with clay artwork. it kept the room in sync with traditional architecture.

it was odd i had to check in at a different hotel. then i went to my room for the night. nobody assisted us with our luggage, not on arrival nor on departure.

The air conditioning was not working. This was problematic. i was informed it would not be activated until june. this information should have been communicated before my arrival. furthermore, i found the electrical outlets to be quite loose. this poses a potential safety concern.

the air conditioning did not function properly. the room remained too warm, and opening the window was necessary to stop the unit from running. this was not ideal. also storage space proved insufficient for my needs. i found it limiting to properly organize my belongings.

The room included a refrigerator, a small detail . The location was great because it was so near to all the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet escape. The ladies at the reception was friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome here.

The room was a bit too warm at night, and I discovered the AC wasn't working this early in the season. I wished I knew this beforehand, as I would have been more prepared. The sockets felt a little loose too. I was concerned about them
